i was told to do an easy hour and a half recovery spin today. and some triathlete pushing 50 rpm with a painful face on goes slowly by me while im coasting down a hill. 10 seconds later he looks back and grins like he just won the fucking world championships. it took everything inside of me not to just drop him. oh wellz. i guess i lost the race.
