Rode from UC to Anthem+SOHI with Austin. Got passed by a triathlete in the big ring, gassing it. Not a quarter mile later we passed him after he got exhausted from not knowing how to downshift/spin anything under 12 cranks/min.

And also, Josh, size down your photos. they don't need to be so damn big and they're screwing up the page size. what website do you use to upload photos?

Sorry, my camera is kind of whack. I normally just go to Tiny Pic to post some photos here. After uploading some on Velospace, I'll be switching to their standard sizing and pixels.

I rode my bike today too. 22 mi. ALONE! My Filipino parents went craycray. Blowing up my phone about becoming a vegetable or getting kidnapped. Last call I got from my mom, she said, "I hope you got a ride home from work. That's too long. You don't want to fall unconscious."
um, whut. lol ok.
Feeling grand indeeeeed!!!

i wouldn't say you guys ride. i would say you guys TRAIN.
~60-75 mile sessions, with climbing and sprinting intervals and diet monitoring, or whatever racers do,
is a whole lot different than just commuting to school and work.
i'm commuting everyday, and i'm feeling great. but the second i start training, i'm sure i'll start feeling like shit too.
btw, road racing doesn't seem worth it when you say things like that, nick!!!! hahaha.

nah, training really doesn't make you feel that shitty, plus i'm not with that diet-watching, ftp-maximizing bullcrap.
Ghabe, you should get into racing. Polo is cool and all, but racing is the shit.
