Fer serious. And don't get a 175mm crank. Most tall ass dudes don't even do that. Danny got me a 172.5mm and I fucking HATE it.

I'd be into a 172.5, but I'm more of a masher and your more of a spinner.

Joel, it could just be how you piece things together on your bike. It could feel small because of stem length, bar drop, etc.
Anyway, I know Cory rides like a 58cm or something and he's up in the 6 ft. range. He also has a pretty short stem and still has his track drops on (which he plans to change). But I would go with something smaller than a 58cm only because you can swap out parts to suit your needs and/ or wants. I would also suggest you get a small estimated measure on what size you can o should ride and go one below that.

Conclusion: 58cm is to big for you.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I have to actually see a 58 in person to see how big they actually are.

Always remember:
Low is pro. Long is strong.
Fit your bike so you can apply those rules.

Dear, Rabbi
Didn't you mention, when I brought over the stem, that you had two pairs of Gaerne G. Mythos Plus shoes?
Sincerely, Joshua.

Assuming you bought the second new pair off of eBay. I was watching them and then someone bought them. Was looking to get some.

I don't get shoes for free, if that's what you're thinking. I just get a really, really good price.

Oh, not at all. I was looking to buy them.
But that is cool. I looked into their catalog and they have some great shoes. Although, the MTB look like running shoes.
Also, do you have any recommendations as to what kind of road bike I should get? Someone suggested a Cannondale CAAD 10 with 105 or SRAM Rival.

I'll probably get laughed at but I know very little on the subject of bicycles; specifically road bikes (well actually more so mountain bikes but that's not what this is about).
Is there a cut off year for when road frames and gruppos are no longer compatible? I suppose what I'm asking is if it is possible to put a brand new gruppo on like an 80's frame? My questions make me feel stupid.

Don't feel like it's a stupid question. I have a few questions about road bikes. Study, study, study, study.
