I totally take back what I said about citygrounds. There was the issue with the 60 cm frame, but they sent the 58 cm immediately after I authorized it, it arrived today, and they were really apologetic.
So yeah, It's new frame day, everyone should give me gifts or at least cake.

Me? No I went out last night, I'm staying in tonight to get caught up on sleep. I'm assuming we will be out late tomorrow for mass. Plus I only have the frame, I won't have all of the other parts for at least another week.

Ride those bars and see if you like them first. most don't like ergo bars but the world champ mark cavendish rides them so there is that to think about. I like my fsa wing pro compacts.

Bought coz cheap and need cheap. It already cracked, and I have not even ridden it yet....... ? Proof that plastic has no place where torque is present.

I think I've cracked like three or four of those things, then I just manned up and got the truvativ omniums, and its been perfect ever since.

You're doing it wrong. Every time shimano integrates another plastic part (non drive BB cup, crank fixing bolts, etc.) they're basically saying, "fuck you, you're over tightening it." That's why we can't have metal crank fixing bolts on our ultegra or dura ace anymore. That's why we can't have nice things.

I made 100 % sure I didn't overtighten it. I put it in just so much that it was firmly seated.

if you're gonna be serious with clipless, skip the chrome shoes and get some mtb shoes.

I like chrome because they are recessed so I can wear them around at polo tournaments and stuff without having to bring extra shoes. Recommendations for other recessed shoes?
