Hern won King of Vegas last year (coz i was dumb) and per the rules, has to throw this year's event.  Via Hern: Since I won the King Of Vegas Alley Cat last year, this time around its time for me to set it up. Get ready for the biggest Alley Cat Race the state of Nevada has ever seen.
