I know atleast 1 local cat 1 who is doing the race..... So i would be suprised if all 10 sweet fixie la kids take top 10. But chances are almost everyone on lvfixed will not make top ten......... Just sayin.

dont be surprised when the top ten spots arent coming from cali......you talk a big game but we got some strong locals that make you look like your LA ass would be standing still I think you are wrong... Hey you Las Vegas guys are gonna get smashed on LA and Sf are coming hard If the they came hard on me like they plan, I wouldn't want to finish the race, just go home a take a shower. |

My true opinion is beside the heat locals will prevail because of the different mind sets, home turf advantage and east side riders have something to prove will be a factor too. Everything aside this will be a time, everyone should come out. |

@ JJ I would love to see you guys on road bikes! The transitions will be easy, but to be honest I feel like it will take about a year to get to the fitness level that we are on. Also when it comes to road cycling it as much about being smart and tactics as it is about being the fastest.................. In other words............ BRING IT!

@nick, soon enough we are going to get on road bikes and smash on nuvision. I think last year is the first year Danny did it. Also can't take the risks that alot of othe riders can cuz has Pro contract and cant get hurt. |

i'm pretty sure everyone that is gonna land podium are gonna be roadies, i got cervelo myself so pace might be 26 to 28 mh good luck to any participants, but who knows there are some fast track guys out there from the velodrome coming and dont forget san fran

And Dave, last year was his first year doing it. And to be fair, nobody knew where the exact finish line was. As the top 3 were turning into the complex where the finish was, Mike Martin jumped out and called it. Nobody was sprinting, or even really pushing it.
