Depending on what color you want, it might be cheaper to just buy a new kilo frame from bikeisland. Even with a basic color, you're gonna be looking at around $175-200 for blast+paint. Heather got her's done at Powdercoating Plus.

Snail said 80 for flat black 120 for color. Las vegas powder coating said 100.
