really. i have a vacant room in my house starting november 1st. my roommate and I are losers who are having trouble finding someone to move in. it is $300 a month + utilities. across the street from unlv. there is a dog and two cats (beautiful majestic wonderful cats). the living room resembles a shitty bike workshop rather than an actual living space, which is probably not a selling point.
requests: must have a job or rich parents who pay your rent. must not be obnoxious. or a drug addict. i think that about covers it.
