real short and easy, but there's just so many options to choose from!!
tell me what to write about!

here's the prompt:

First, select a television show (comedy, drama, reality, children’s, cartoon, news, or sports), video game, song/music video, or magazine/television advertisement. Next, describe how this particular medium influences our attitudes, perceptions, or beliefs. Does it reflect what is going on in our society? Does it advance stereotypes and other misconceptions? Discuss its role/significance in our culture. Who is the intended/target audience? Is this audience vulnerable in some way to the message sent by this medium?

my idea: write about how cultural constructionism is wrong. mention culture does not exist (fuck the social fact!) and then mention how individual psychology is the driving force behind the social world (and that culture is not what molds individual psychology).

i started on an SNL paper, but they've so much political issues in their sketches, i'd have to write for days.

I agree. You can write on some interesting things about how Jersey Shore affects society.
