I wasn't about to go through and waste my time on that. This brings me to another point of order, why aren't there mods? It seems like administrative and moderation duties are overlapping. I think it could have been turned into a fapping session, anything that helps the fap goes, anything that does nothing or hurts stays. This is how proboards should write their rules. |

I've also read around that ProBoards is a bit handy with disabling messageboards.

Well Dave, until you brought this up, I didn't even know/care what the difference was. So I read the wikipedia article and found this:
The administrators (short form: "admin") manage the technical details required for running the site. As such, they may promote (and demote) members to moderators, manage the rules, create sections and sub-sections, as well as perform any database operations (database backup etc.). Administrators often also act as moderators. Administrators may also make forum-wide announcements, or change the appearance (known as the skin) of a forum.
Nikki made me an admin. I asked Nikki to tell me if i'm ever overstepping my bounds. She hasn't said anything thus far.

To me this site possesses the feel of an extension of Criag's vision of LVfixed not that of an open forum.
Honestly this comes off as a glorified blog, in the treatment of members and their opinion.

In Place of reciting examples I offered a solution of assigning moderators. Nathan volunteered and I nominated Ghabe. They both are present enough to be custodians of the site. Two should be adequate for the time being. This would aid in disbursing the the appearance of you being the authority. I must add that it is extremely challenging to to infer/imply sarcasm in text, beware of the difficulty |

the idc was just a side comment referring to everything. also, I was just saying that the conversation between you two at this point seems to just be pointless arguing
I am about to add two mods, rabbi and dave. I trust Nathan in making appropriate decisions based on the past lvfixed and Dave seems like he could probably add some good to this. mods, do what you do. moderate... watch... jack off ... I don't care. Craig .... I don't know.
