true about Nibali. Sagan is starting to get some legs under him and could be somesort of support but that sonly one guy. the Cav Wiggins scenario is going to def interesting. as far as BMC is concerned if they could get healthy they would be top pics but they seem to be sick at the wrong time and . Cuddles well..............i think the reason he may have a chance is because of it being heavy in the TT. and lets face it Andy is a fuckin lost cause in that category he is prob gonna lose so much time to the others im not sure if he can make up all that time in the mountains but who knows. i think teejay is to young. maybe in a couple years and some more experience
but Yeah i think its gonna be a wierd year especially with the games right after

Remember, Andy has Johan Bruyneel in his corner now. It might be a game changer in his tt game and I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't showing his cards in the other tts he's been doing this year.

True that but he has had all winter and to me I would think they would have spent a lot of that time perfecting it. And they prob did spend a lot of time on it. But of I remember correctly he managed to pull a whopping 120th place or something at Paris-Nice TT. It's hard to get to a form for a TT that his main competitors are already at especially if dude is riding as shitty as he is so far this year. At some point even Super Manager Johan has to admit dude a lost cause in that aspect. But who knows that shifty luxembourgian could pull some crazy shit outta his climbing ass haha it's still 2 months away.

He has never really been stunning this early in the year. Also, Frank is leading the team at the Giro which starts in a week. I wonder how this will effect his TdF performance? Andy will have to depend on Horner a lot more one would think.

Reading this conversation makes me realize how little I've kept up with pro racing this year.

caught the last lil bit of a giro d'italia stage today,
saw cav win a stage during the sprint with no teammates to lead him out. is that a big deal?

geraint thomas was up there with cav, maybe not a proper lead out though. seemed like team sky had the largest presence upfront for the last few km too.

also, unintentionally funny commentary courtesy of eurosport made about scarponi's performance in the TT yesterday: "he even did worse than frank schleck"
really enjoyed watching contador light up the mountain stages last year, not sure if this year can be as fun to watch.
