IT depends on what feels good for you.
I'd probably go for a Selle Italia Flite on that.

Contact points are completely up to you. Try a Concor Race Lite saddle. See where that takes you.

ummm im pretty sure the color of anything changes how much heat it "absorbs" or whatever. and ive felt the difference in the old kits from left and ride sides.
