Are you useing the rear dangler as a chain tensioner? I don't see a shifter. Also you bike are.... odd....

On the tall bike he shifts using a stick shift you can kind of see it going up by the handlebars on the drive side

Thanks, Theres a shifter on the tall bike and i am using the derailer as a tensioner for now.
