Does length or bar clamp diameter matter, Ghabe?

anything shorter than my current one on my road bike will cut it. mine's outrageous. reaches all the way down to the bottom of the headtube. as for the clamp size, i'm not sure. why do you ask, YOU HAZ ONE 4 SALE?!?

As of now I have an older quill stem that has a small clamp size and is probably 90 or 80mm long. Also, it says "WIN" on it. I also have a Tange stem that is 100mm long with a clamp size of 26.0. I use it for my Nitto-021. If I find a different Jaguar stem I could sell you that one. Same as the Tange 100mm, but I believe it is the 65 degree instead of 58.

Clamp size matters. You can only use bars that have that diameter. 26.0 is older stuff, new standard is 31.8 I think.

The older quill stem is small than 26.0. The Jaguar stem is 25.4.

guys, someone PLEASE sell me a 1" threaded quill stem, PLEEEAAASE. Ghabe, I haz two options for you: I know the rise is quite large, but you'll be able to slam the stem, at least I think (I'm not sure how far your steerer tube will it go down) The other option is a threaded to threadless adapter. This way you can use a threadless stem. Either one would be $10

I want to buy this! i see this bike a lot. someone give me a run down of this bike. what's special about the 1994 cannonndale track?
|
|
|
Post by Rushing on Nov 4, 2011 9:59:07 GMT -8
They do not make the Cannondale track bike like this anymore. I was looking in a catalog from 1994 and it seems some of the parts are stock on it, like the crank set. Also, it's my size!

So you want the threadless converter?
